Fix IE "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?"Tags: Internet Explorer, browser, SSL, HTTPS, IE 8
By default, Internet Explorer interrupts the download of mixed webpage content on secure HTTPS pages, such as some nonsecure images, or any embedded resources not using the HTTPS protocol.
Internet Explorer displays a confirmation dialog whenever it detects the use of mixed content on a secure page. To download the content, a user would have to click on the Yes or No button, depending on your browser version (Yes for IE 6/7, no for IE 8 due to wording changes). Even though avoiding mixed content on secure HTTPS pages is important, it is a common annoyance to deal with the prompt on every page reload. If you're sure you'd like to disable this dialog, in Internet Explorer navigate to: 1. In Internet Explorer, navigate to: Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom level 2. Under the Miscellaneous heading: Display mixed content: Enable 3. Click Yes when prompted to save the custom settings
