25. Does the TCP Optimizer work regardless of what web browser I use ?

Yes. The TCP Optimizer works by tunning up all important TCP/IP parameters. It does a lot more than just browser optimization, and it works regardless of the browser, FTP client, P2P software, or whatever other network application you decide to use (as long as it uses TCP/IP).

With that said, in the "Advanced Settings" tab of the program there is an "Internet Explorer Optimization" section that list 2 settings. Those 2 settings are only relevant to Internet Explorer, as stated.
