DOCSIS 3.1, EuroDOCSIS 3.0 and EuroPacketCable 1.5/2.0 compliant, the UBC1318 delivers multi-gigabit speeds over existing hybrid fiber coax networks.
It integrates 3 products into a single device: a cable modem, a residential gateway with built-in 4-port gigabit Ethernet switch, and a multimedia terminal adapter for telephony.
Four 10/100/1000 Ethernet interfaces providing high-speed LAN capability. IPv4 and IPv6 support enables increased address capacity and improved security.
EuroDOCSIS 3.0: 32 downstream and 8 upstream channels provide speeds of up to 1780 Mbps downstream and 246Mbps upstream.
The device supports 2 analog devices (telephones or faxes), as well as standard CLASS features, the UBC1318 is EuroPacketCable 1.5 compliant. It is software be upgradeable to EuroPacketCable 2.0 and supports SIP (RFC3261).
