details: Wireless N ADSL2/2+ Router
hardware type: DSL Wireless Router
date added: 2011-03-04
updated: 2015-11-08
This DSL-2740U connects a group of users to the Internet, allowing multiple computers at home or the office to share an integrated high-speed ADSL2/2+ interface. It provides downstream speeds of up to 24Mbps and upstream speeds of up to 1Mbps.

Built-in high-performance draft 802.11n wireless LAN means that you don't have to compromise high-speed ADSL transmission with wireless speed constraints. is backward compatible with existing 802.11b and 802.11g wireless equipment, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of wireless devices.

The DSL-2740U provides firewall security, such as Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) and hacker attack logging.
