Samsung's newest phone can't connect to the internet2018-04-16 12:22 by DanielaTags: Samsung, phone, Galaxy J2 Pro
Samsung has introduced a new Galaxy J2 Pro handset may look just like any other smartphone, but it's far from it. Samsung's latest device has one serious flaw. It doesn't allow users to go online as it comes without the option to connect to cellular data or WiFi. The device is intentionally designed to have no way to go online. Samsung's press release says the phone "blocks mobile data such as 3G, LTE, and Wi-Fi" with the intent of helping students focus on learning (instead of, you know, getting distracted by Instagram and stuff). The phone's also good for seniors who apparently have no interest in going online. The handset supports a 5-inch QHD AMOLED screen, 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, an 8MP front-facing and 5MP back-facing camera, and runs Android 7.1 Nougat using a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor. The battery is 2,600mAh and you can insert up to a 256GB micro-SD card into the included slot. Priced at $185 (199,100 won), the J2 Pro is only being released in South Korea so your chances or getting it are greatly restricted. Read more -here-
