Netgear launches Nighthawk X4S AC3200 DOCSIS 3.1 cable router

Netgear, Inc. has launched its Gigabit Docsis 3.1 cable router - the Nighthawk X4S AC3200 (C7800). It supports DOCSIS 3.1 technology to deliver Gigabit internet download speeds and fast WiFi to change how media is consumed in the connected home for Comcast Xfinity internet subscribers and more.

DOCSIS 3.1 rivals the speed of fiber internet connections and ensures that your connected home is ready to support the speeds needed for the multitude of connected devices present in today's homes.

The C7800 delivers WiFi speeds up to 3.2Gbps for the devices connecting over WiFi on your home network, with a quad-stream architecture that increases WiFi range using active antenna technology ideal for mobile devices. Beamforming+ technology for 2.4/5GHz bands boosts speed, reliability and range for all WiFi mobile devices.
