I need something I dont have to install on all PC's. If I put an IP address of a box on the network, it will tell me info about it.
Something like languard- but I need it to give me hardware info. langard is pretty cool software BTW.

I have roadrunner cable and I think I'm capped on upload to 35k or something close. When I tried to x-fer files with AOL IM or several different FTP apps I get around the same speed up.

Think I fixed it. I copied all links and favorites from C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Favorites and pasted to C:\WINNT\Favorites

Although the links are now in a different order, at least I can get to them!!

Did that already. I'm the only one who uses this laptop. There are 2 profile folders...Administrator and All Users. Favorites are now in both but I still can't view them in IE. Actually, they ARE in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Favorites, but they aren't showing up in IE. I'm not sure where the "Links" are stored. At least I didn't lose them all. Any idea on how to get them back in IE?
