My cat's don't like to ride in the car so much. They like to lay on my feet and meow.

See sig for details. All people coming to the SG MI meet can see my stuff ;)

Anyway, it is a 1994 Camaro Z28 (LT1), 5.7 Liter (350 cu in) ... 275 HP at the flywheel stock, I figure I am in the ballpark of 295 at the flywheel now. Stock torque is 325 ft lbs, I have no guestimate of what it is at now.

If you want to see my "stuff" you'll have to come to Cleveland and see it yourself. Though I'm not keen on wipping it out infront of guys. There was this time in college I made this video, but she told me she destroyed it...

Okay, this is the scoop. Custom hand-laid fiberglass. Got it from my tuner, the guy that had it before me went with a front-mount IC, and didn't need this one, got it for a bird-song.

This is the engine itself(duh). That big radiator thingy is the intercooler. Its job is to cool down the air that the turbo has mashed up/chopped up/and just heated up. About 120% bigger than the stock unit.
Image

And this is the turbo itself. The pipe leading from it is a 3 inch(diameter) mandrel bent downpipe. The turbo is a VF30 IHI turbine. Blows about 30% more air thru the system, comes online around 3,000 rpm, holds 19 psi till redline(mine tapers, as knock is NOT good).Image

All said and done, its good for ~400 crank hp on a good tune. I'd say that I run around makin 380 or so most of the time, depends on the air temps and humidity alot. I have logged 12.8 quarter mile times with my G-Tech drag computer, 0-60mph is damn near a flat 4 seconds. Its a hoot to drive.
