My cable modem was installed in the living room but i was wondering if i can relocate the cable modem to my room and use the cable that was connected to my tv and connect it to my modem? My friend did this and his connection seems alot slower?

I baught the audigy 2 platinum sound card from a friend and he doesnt have the cable that connects from the sound card to the external device that fits in the cdrom bays. It looks like an ide cable but i dont know what its called or where to get it???

Is there anyway i can use the video card to act as a vga adapter for my xbox? Like can i plug my xbox to the video card and use the monitor as my screen for the xbox?

i know i can buy an adapter but iw ant to be able to do this without an adapter. i want to use the internet my computer is getting through a wireless usb card and use the computer's ethernet card to plug into the xbox's ethernet card and give it internet

I have a usb wireless adapter for my comp to give me internet and i also have a network card attached to the same computer. My xbox is near my comp and i want to give it internet so how do i do so? My router is down stairs? Is there a way to give it internet with my setup?

I checked the status on my cable connection and mine read 10mbps? its not a wireless card either and it used to say 100mbps? what could be causing this?

I have a Radeon 8500 and i was just wondering if u set the anisotropic in the display setting to 16x and then in the game u turn on trilinear which one is it gonna be running? Would it be running both? Would it be the same if i turned trilinear off and anisotropic on 16x?

My burner and dvd drives do not appear in the My Computer folder? They open but they the drives dont apear on my computer and in device manager it has an error and i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but that didnt help at all. Whats wrong with it?

I really need an opinion cause the new catalyst drivers are very fast! The geforce 4 ti 4200 128mb i heard is not very good to oc with its low bandwith mem. And i dont plan on ocing anyways so which one woud be the better pick?

the memory bandwith of the 128 is 7,100 and the 64 bandwith is 8,000. What is that suppost to mean? doesnt that effect the overall speed and oc capabilities

if you were to get a geforce 4 ti 4200 would you get the faster clock 64mb version or the 128mb slower version? What would be a better choice?

My computer specs are in my sig and when im playing cs and i escape to change control settings and when i click resume it freezes? Leaving me the choice to manually turn off my computer? I dont see whats wrong or what could be possibly doing this? Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

well then if the 128 8500le is clocked at 275/275 like the radeon 8500 128mb and the 8500 128 gets better scores and it has the same GPU and same clock speed but it still gets better scores???

what if you clock the radeon 8500le to 300/300 and the radeon 8500 to 300/300 would the radeon 8500 be faster since it came retail at 275/275?

Ive been seeing your reviews at http://www.hardocp.com and ive been looking at the ATI reviews and instead of comparing the 8500 64 you compare the radeon 8500le 128mbwith other cards not the 8500 64mb? Why is that? Isnt the 8500 faster than the 8500le 128mb even if it is clocked at 275/275?
