Connection Problem?

I have a usb wireless adapter for my comp to give me internet and i also have a network card attached to the same computer. My xbox is near my comp and i want to give it internet so how do i do so? My router is down stairs? Is there a way to give it internet with my setup?

its wireless with wire ports as well.

you need to run a wire or network cable to xbox to router

i know i can buy an adapter but iw ant to be able to do this without an adapter. i want to use the internet my computer is getting through a wireless usb card and use the computer's ethernet card to plug into the xbox's ethernet card and give it internet

internet connection sharing will do what you're asking for, you'll need to figure out the settings required.

(I can't believe I just said that)
