doolj theres a file in the cs folder called config.cfg. You can edit this with word pad or note pad. Any way edit it and look for a line called fps_max, its about 3/4 the way down. Thats the setting that limits your frames you can set it to what ever you want

i remember a hack back then that was an aimbot type cheat but it wasnt head shots it was just when ever your cursor went across an enemy name it would fire.

like i said it was alot easier to have the name pop ups. I hate cheaters to especailly wall hack cheaters. there use to be so many diffrent cheats for cs in the early betas though. you name it they had a cheat for it

There is no instant headshot cheat aka aimbot. i dont know any but also what res are you running in? you can also just type cl_showfps 1 in the console and it puts your fps in the left top corner. also i have a pretty good pc and i limit my fps in games you really dont need more than 50-60fps in games.

you mean host as in a dedicated server that your not playing right? If thats the case i would say your isp is bad also. If i hosted a dedicated server and didnt play in it i could prolly have 12-16 guys.
