Do I have to apply registry patches for all users ?

All registry patches that alter the HKCU (HKEY_CURRENT_USER) branch of the registry apply only to the currently logged in user.

If you have multiple logins on the machine that you want to tweak, you will have to apply the patches multiple times when logged in as those users.
