How can i COMPLETELY reset my cable connection?

I screwed around with many settings, and nothing is connecting, things like IRC and Kazaa. It says I am not connected to the internet, or I have a proxy up.

1. I am connected, I Don't have a proxy.

So can someone tell me a way to get my internet connection like it was when i FIRST got it? Rogers ...

Nope, nothing is checked.

I'm getting some wierd speeds, 700/380, I chose the 2000/128 one for my rogers hi speed and but I would rather have a higher down than up. Which one should I pick?

Hey , I guess I should be more worried about P2P and MIRC not connecting because of an unknown proxy but I have a situation i'm not sure how to tweak correctly.

OK WIERD Results...... Also a 359/187 speed....very slow after removing tweaks!

Ok recently, my P2P programs have not been connecting, mIRC does not connect to any server, and the newest versions, 6.0 and 6.1 of MSN have not been working.

I C its says prettyy normal and Im not sure if rogers has a 3000 cap either, but I dont see how 735/183 is good compared to 1500/200 that other poeple are getting on thier cable. Yeah Ive done most of the reg tweaks with the TCP window and stuff like that and the TCP optimizer etc...not exactly sure why your all getting 200 and im the only one getting 50...
