details: Dual WAN Wireless VoIP Router
hardware type: Multi-WAN Router
date added: 2008-09-18

The Vigor 2910VG is a wireless VoIP broadband router with 2 10/100Mbps WAN ports, four 10/100Mbps LAN ports, a single USB port and two FXS ports for VoIP. It supports auto-failover for uninterrupted Internet connection and load-balancing between the WAN ports.

The integrated access point complies with the IEEE 802.11b/g standards. Using "Super G" technology, it provides wireless transmission speeds of up to 108Mbps. It supports WEP and WPA/WPA2 wireless encryption and 802.1x authentication.

This router supports a variety of VoIP features, such as Call waiting, Voice Activity Detection (VAD) and Echo Cancellation. It provides VPN pass-through for IPSec, L2TP and PPTP, allowing you to establish up to 32 simultaneous VPN tunnels. A built-in firewall protects the network from hackers and Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

The router can be easily configured via Web-based configuration utility, including a Quick Setup Wizard or via SNMP v.2.
