No software to load means no IT interaction is necessary and you'll be up and running in minutes.
The MBR1000 supports multiple and Concurrent IPSEC, L2TP and PPTP VPN pass-through sessions. WPS Security allows quick configuration and addition of new network nodes.
Also tetherable to wide range of 3G cellular handsets via USB port for emergency backup
One other interesting feature is the ability to display GPS data from a compatible modem/headset, and export GPS data to the network.
