Hmmm, I just asked the only guy currently in the office that knows anything and he says it's not PPPoE. He says "it's a standard DHCP connection". So.....yeah. Help me out guys. I'm just trying to learn more so my life becomes easier in the future.

System Shock 2 is such an awesome. Finally bought it off my friend a few weeks ago and just beat it last weekend. Sweet game. Hard game though. Don't play the demo, get the game. Scary as heck in some parts. Awesome sound.

Screw Gamespy, I like using the All Seeing Eye. It's just a game searching tool. You have to pay for the "priveledged" version, but the unregistered version is working great for me. Just type in All Seeing Eye in a search engine and you'll find it.

Can the fact that i'm running my Geforce 2 Ti on a Pentium 3, 450MHz, 128Mb SDRAM make that big of a difference? Cause I usually only get from 30-80fps in Half Life. Sure I can get up to 100, but that's like facing a wall or something. Usually hangs around 40fps when I'm out shooting people.

Is there anyway to search for certain media anymore? Like before you could search for video files only. I don't see anything like that now.

SWEET speed there Yuri. Just tell your kids to check back on the download when they are all grown up and it should probably be done. You probably won't still be around.........but they'll be able to enjoy it.

Yeah, I have ICQ 2000a or b and after I got DSL I couldn't send or receive files. Kinda bothers me. Haven't really tried to fix it though. Went to the ICQ site and it said to open certain ports in the Options tab and I did and that didn't work.
