I think it was 30. I actually misread your post I'm sorry. I have a GeForce2 Ultra.

But a friend of mine has a MX400 (worse than TI), and he gets 50-90 fps.

Can the fact that i'm running my Geforce 2 Ti on a Pentium 3, 450MHz, 128Mb SDRAM make that big of a difference? Cause I usually only get from 30-80fps in Half Life. Sure I can get up to 100, but that's like facing a wall or something. Usually hangs around 40fps when I'm out shooting people.

I have a Geforce 2 Ti and I want the fps you guys get.

my P3 450 with a 16meg ATI rage gets 40 thats at 800 by 600

What OS you running. So far I have noticed XP reduces the frames per second. At least on the configs I have. For example my 866 rig with ME gets 80 ot 100 but if I boot with XP it gets 40 to 50 those rates are for 800 by 600

my 1.6 rig with XP gets 50 to 60 at 1024 by 768

Just picked up 2 new harddrives,,, when I get a chance I want to setup my 1.6 rig with win2000 and 98se to compare with XP.

when i play CS , which is rarely i get a solid 99 this is with a gts-2 32mb @ stock clock speeds. rest of my rig in signature.

i would think it is your CPU holding you back

A 400Mhz is the bottleneck of your vid card.

Running 1024x640 with a GF2 GTS 32MB I get 100fps solid. CS of course.

Stupid, slow processor. I need a new motherboard with an Athlon XP 1800+ or something. Anyone wanna contribute to the "Get Rat A Better Processor So He Can Fully Utilize His Geforce 2 Ti" fund?

i have GTS, and i always get solid 99, sumtime low 90's.
