Sorry..I am not that familiar with DSL.... But Go to http://www.dslreports.com and click on forums on the left hand side menu.Then show all forums,and try to find your ISP and make a post there.There forums are very ISP'/Connection type specific and i am sure you will get very many repsonses.

If i understand your post correctly,and you have XP pro with a corporate cd key,then yes if you buy the HOME version and install over the top "not recommended" it will accept the new Microsoft provided key.Just use the boot from CD option in your bios.

DAP doesnt cause web pages not to be displayed,it is for FTP.All DAP does is log onto the server 4 or more times and re-combines the file from pieces to one file again....Doesnt affect anything when going to http://www.cnn.com ,Unless you go to the download section :D

well we thought of that...but if one of us uninstall's our network card drivers ,which basically gets rid of my cable modem,then i can connect on a dialup.I know its crazy,Noone seems to have ever heard of this before,but its the same with anyone on our cable company.
