The TL-R4299G is a broadband router with 2 10/100M WAN ports, 8 10/100/1000Mbps LAN ports and a single Gigabit independent SFP port. The two WAN ports allow two connections to the Internet at the same time and support auto-failover function and automatic load balancing.

This router supports VPN pass-through for IPSec and PPTP. It features a built-in firewall to protect the network from hackers and Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

The router can be easily configured via Web-based configuration utility, including Quick Setup Wizard.
