The SMCBR14UP is a broadband router with a single 10/100Mbps WAN port, four 10/100Mbps LAN ports, a single USB 1.1 port and a parallel port. Using the USB or the parallel port, this router can act as a print server. It supports UPNP, DDNS and DMZ.

This router supports VPN pass-through for IPSec and PPTP. It features a built-in SPI firewall to protect the network against hackers and Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

The router can be easily configured via Web-based configuration utility, including a Quick Setup Wizard.
