SmartRG SR512nm

details: ADSL/VDSL2 + MoCA 2.0 and 802.11n WiFi Router
hardware type: Multi-WAN Router
date added: 2017-08-13
updated: 2020-02-09
Inside the SR512nm is a highly-integrated xDSL chipset supporting 5-band VDSL2 with fallback to all legacy ADSL modes. Advanced coaxial home networking is provided via the integrated MoCA 2.0 interface, creating a high-speed LAN backbone within any home's coaxial cabling.

The included 802.11n 2x2 Access Point, delivers a strong, reliable WiFi signal throughout the home. The router has four RJ-45 Fast Ethernet LAN ports + RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet SMARTport (LAN or WAN).

With the included Gigabit SmartPort, the SR512nm can also be used as an Ethernet WAN gateway for FTTH or DOCSIS deployments where a carrier-grade router with industry-leading TR-069 management is required.

With integrated support for the ITU-T's G.993.5 Vectoring specification, the SR512nm works in conjunction with vectoring-enabled DSLAMs to remove crosstalk inteference, allowing lines to reach their full bandwidth potential, as if they were the only lines in the cable binder.
