With combined wireless speeds of 1900 Mbps and extra strong high-gain antennas, this router is suitable for large households with many devices.
With Beamforming, the AC1900 High-Coverage Wi-Fi Router delivers improvements in Wi-Fi coverage and signal strength. The smart antenna feature localizes your device and points the Wi-Fi signal directly at it instead of sending it out in a general direction. When you move, Beamforming adjusts the Wi-Fi signal so you can keep streaming and gaming without glitches.
Use two Wi-Fi networks at the same time, for a cleaner and better Wi-Fi experience. The 5 GHz fast lane offers wireless-AC speeds of up 1300 Mbps while the 2.4 GHz frequency offers rates of up to 600 Mbps with compatible devices thanks to TurboQAM technology. Use the 2.4 GHz-network for lighter tasks and dedicate the 5 GHz fast-lane to demanding applications such as online gaming and streaming Ultra-HD movies.
This AC1900 router comes with one USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0 port for advanced connectivity. The USB 3.0 port on the other hand is suitable for connecting hard drives. With transfer rates of 5 Gbps, you can copy large files and stream movies up to 10x faster than with the USB 2.0 port.
