Sitecom WL-357

details: 300N Wireless Mobile Router
hardware type: Travel Router
date added: 2010-11-23
updated: 2013-04-21
The WL-357 has one Ethernet port that doubles as a WAN (Internet) port and a LAN port. When no 3G USB client is inserted in the USB port, the port functions as WAN. When a 3G USB client is inserted in the USB port, the port functions as LAN.

The mobile router has a built-in power adapter which saves a lot of space and makes the device ideal for travelling. When there is no internet connection available, you can connect a 3G modem via the USB 2.0 port and make use of 3G internet. The router is equipped with 2 internal antennas which reduce "dead spots" and guarantee an extensive cover.

At 300 Mbps wireless transmission rate, the Access Point built into the Router uses advanced MIMO (Multi-Input, Multi-Output) technology to transmit multiple steams of data in a single wireless channel, giving you seamless access to multimedia content.

With the built-in SPI firewall, the WL-357 protects your computers against intruders and most known Internet attacks.
