The 4622-XL is a T1 VPN router with integrated 8-port Ethernet switch designed for the needs of small, medium, and distributed enterprises. It combines a firewall with standards-based VPN features that can be applied simultaneously to multiple profiles - like PPTP, L2TP, GRE and IPSec. The device supports dial-backup auto-failover through attaching an external modem to the serial console port. It also supports 802.1x authentication.
