details: 108 Mbps Wireless Router with 4-port 10/100 Mbps switch
hardware type: Wireless Router
date added: 2006-02-03

The WGT624 is a wireless router with a single 10/100Base-T WAN port and four 10/100Base-T LAN ports.

The integrated access point complies with the IEEE 802.11b/g standards. "Super G" technology delivers up to 108Mbps wireless throughput when used with other devices that support the technology. This access point supports WEP and WPA wireless encryption.

The router provides VPN pass-through for IPSec, L2TP and PPTP and features a built-in SPI firewall to protect the network against hackers and Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

You can not change the user name, it is always "admin".

The reset button is unmarked, stick a paper clip in the little hole just below the antenna.

It's a very nice unit and it really looks great too!!! Instead of hiding this somewhere, it looks nice enough to put it on display.

Somebody put a lot of thought into this design and did a very good job. I would definitely buy another one.
