The SBV6240 is a DOCSIS 3.0 Digital Voice Modem, including channel bonding, IPv6 and advanced encryption services and uses an optional, field replaceable Lithium- Ion battery to provide VoIP subscribers with primary line reliability.

Channel bonding of up to eight downstream channels and four upstream channels increases downstream data rates of over 300Mbps in DOCSIS mode and upstream data rates of 120Mbps.

This modem provides a variety of VoIP features, such as Caller ID, 3-way conferencing and Call Waiting.

The modem can be remotely configurable and monitorable using SNMP and TFTP.
