Been running mine for 4 solid yrs w/comcast. Aside from having to power cycle once in a while - which I believe to be a comcast issue - this modem has had no problems.

Have a 5 year old DOCSIS 1.0/1.1 device and have had no problems. Electrical supply issues, such as surges, drop-offs, spikes as well as thunderstorms, will sometimes make a powercycle necessary, but all modems will have these issues. Bottom line: This modem has been excellent and I have personally never had any problems with any Linksys product(shameless plug, yet true).

I've been running mine with rogers cable. Havent rebooted it since I got it (1+ years) Im on massive UPS backup. No issues, The thing must have over a 400 day uptime now.. Great modem for docsis 2.0 -- will probably run till ISP upgrades to Docsis3
