The JPL-4485BP is a turbo mode 85Mbps Powerline Ethernet Wireless AP that provides a convenient way for desktop and notebook users to share network resources and Internet connection without any additional wiring.

It uses 56-bit DES data encryption, has a built-in 4-port switch and features an 802.11g access point.
