This is a piece of junk - utterly worthless
Never trust a company that has no contact information on their (USA) web site.

I've been trying for two weeks to get this POS to work but still can't get it to connect properly.

It deserves a zero rating

I had this modem and i've never been able to use the WIFI router function coz the firmware has a bug where it crashes the modem when you use it for a couple of hours reseting all your config to factory defaults and it's kinda annnoying to configure it all the time, and if you redo the config without leaving it disconnected for some time, it will be lost all again in a couple of minutes. Tried to do a firmware update but...THERE IS NO FIRMWARE on the product page. not even the same base firmware so one could atleast reflash it and maybe have a chance.
Areal piece of crap

El router no cuenta con actualización de firmware en su página ENCORE.
Entonces el producto quedó inservible.
Deberían crearle una actualización para no tener que botar el equipo para la basura.
