Edimax AR-7265WnA

details: Wireless IEEE802.11 b/g/n ADSL2/2+ Modem Router
hardware type: DSL Wireless Router
date added: 2010-05-16
updated: 2012-09-25
Edimax AR-7265WnA is a wireless ADSL2+ router with one RJ-11 WAN port and four 10/100Base-T LAN ports. It provides WAN throughput of up to 24Mbps.

This modem router complies with the 802.11n wireless standard. With the advanced MIMO technology, it provides up to 12 times better data transmission rate (up to 300Mbps) and 6 times better coverage than a standard 802.11g/b router. The AR-7265WnA uses WMM (QoS) to prioritize the traffic over the network. A WPS button allows for easy wireless security configuration.

This router provides VPN pass-through for IPSec and PPTP. It features a built-in SPI firewall to protect the network from intruders and Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
