DG-WR3001N provides robust wireless security to protect sensitive data from hackers and also maintain confidentially of the Wireless Network. This is achieved by using security protocols ranging from 64/128 bit WEP encryption (first level of Security) to WPA2 Enterprise (highest level). The signal strength LED on the device helps in better placement of the unit in the area in which primary Access Point signals are available. It also notifies the user about a weak or an excellent signal. A toggle switch on the unit helps in selecting the operational modes between Universal Repeater, Access Point and a Wireless Client.
