The DI-704P is an Ethernet Broadband Router with a built-in 4-port switch. The username and password is not working, yet this is the fist time I am "logging in" into my router. Why is so?

How to reset my router, I forgot the username and password?

I was in the middle of configuration unfortunately power went off when i turned on my device it says upgrade was not complited successfullt try again then giving option to browse for the file.

please i dont know where to to browse for the file so that i can upgrade my ROUTER.

HELP ME UPGRADE MY THING. Thanks
