details: Wireless Range Extender
hardware type: Wireless Range Extender
date added: 2013-01-03

The Wireless Range Extender DAP-1320 extends your existing wireless network coverage with the push of a WPS button, delivering up to 300Mbps for whole-home coverage.

This Wireless N Range Extender uses Wireless N technology with multiple intelligent antennas to maximize the speed and range of your wireless signal to significantly outperform previous-generation Wireless G devices. Easy to set it up with my Dlink router DIR-825. Quality is ok. Had to reset it every couple weeks if I watched Netflix every day for about an hour.

I types in the URL as requested on the setup lit. the link does not give me a follow up screen as written - only a product summary.

This is frustrating. I want my money back!

I cant set it up again

Only useful if you have a newer router, manual setup page is not available any longer, so device is not of any value to me. Returned and lost the restocking fee. Worthless support , no idea how the device works if it can be set up.

log in page on dlink.local page doesn't respond. Manual claims that after plugging in, waiting for amber light then pressing and holding button until green light flashes, within 2 minutes you will have a solid green light. Mine goes back to flashing yellow. Time to send it back.

The DAP1320 is simply outdated. Cannot set it up manually as http://dlinkap.local doesn't exist! Getting a solid green light is virtually impossible and if you do it's intermittent. Probably the most frustrating piece of computer equipment I have ever owned. Unplugging it for good today
