Billion's BiPAC 3200G is an all-in-one router that supports both a gateway or a bridge mode. It has a built-in 4-port Ethernet switch, integrated wireless 802.11g Wireless Access Point with data rates of up to 54 Mbps, or 72 Mbps under "turbo" mode.
With its built-in Wireless Distribution System (WDS) repeater function, the BiPAC 3200G can also act as an AP and repeater at the same time.
Along with the built-in NAT natural firewall feature, the router blocks Denial of Service (DoS) attacks. Featuring a built-in Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI), the router is able to determine whether or not a given data packet is allowed to pass through the firewall to the private LAN. In addition, it provides multiple options for wireless security such as 64/128-bit WEP encryption, WPA/WPA2-Radius, WPA/WPA2-PSK, and hidden ESSID to enhance the level of transmission security.
