ALL168211 utilizes the existing electrical wiring in the house as a path to create a secured network of computers, Ethernet devices and Wireless devices. With a maximum data rate of up to 200 Mbps, HomePlug AV can reliably handle high requirement applications like broadband Internet, high definition video streaming, and Voice over IP.

The device is built with a Wireless "On/Off" button that allows users to switch off Wireless feature when it is not needed, allowing saving of energy.

A single ALLNET ALL168211 unit consumes less than 7 watts of power.
