details: Wireless N VDSL HomePNA Modem Router
hardware type: Multi-WAN Router
date added: 2010-05-14
updated: 2012-08-07
The V1000His an 802.11n wireless VDSL router with three WAN ports: a RJ-11 DSL port, Gigabit Ethernet WAN port, and a HomePNA 3.1 (Coax) LAN or WAN port. With HPNA, you can enjoy the high speeds of a wired connection (over 100Mbps) with little degradation, and connect devices together using your existing Coax TV infrastructure. Plus in some networks, a carrier may bring very high speed Internet access directly to the inside of your home, using Coax.

This router can simultaneously support a wide range of demanding multimedia applications, including HDTV, standardTV, Voice over WiFi, media sharing, and online gaming. It also includes MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) smart antenna technology, which further improves your wireless experience by offering better whole home coverage and fewer dead spots.

The Wireless N VDSL Modem Router has the option to include a Java Virtual Machine and Java Runtime Software.
