The WHG101 is a wireless hotspot gateway with one 10/100Base-T WAN port, four 10/100Base-T LAN ports and a single RJ-11 console port.
The integrated AP complies with IEEE 802.11b/g standards, providing wireless transmission speeds of up to 54Mbps. It supports WEP and WPA/WPA2 wireless encryption.
The router provides VPN pass-through for IPSec and PPTP. It features a built-in firewall to protect the network against Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
With its support for credit card payment, this router is suitable for small shops or cafes where wireless Internet service is offered. It also provides programmable billing profiles to allow operators to customize the billing plans for On-demand users.
