2125 tcp,udp lockstep Lockstep Systems Backup for Workgroups is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the login module when handling login failure. By sending a specially-crafted TCP packet to port 2125, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
