Apple users have been reporting another issue with their $1,000 iPhone X models. They claim that an unresponsive touchscreen is causing them to miss phone calls.

The first person to report the issue on Apple's forum claimed to be using an iPhone 6 with iOS 11.0.3 and posted the report in October. However, subsequent reports refer to the same call-display delay issue affecting the iPhone X.

"Whenever I receive an incoming call in my iPhone X, ringtone starts but the display comes in after six to eight seconds. When ever I restart my iPhone X, the problem gets automatically solved and after 15 to 20 calls the same problem starts again," one user reported.

Currently, there are hundreds users who have chimed in saying they are experiencing similar problems. Apple is reportedly investigating the issue.

The iPhone X is seen as a radical departure from previous models with new features such as Face ID which lets users unlock the device by looking at it. But it has been hit with issues such as delays and reports that Apple has cut production of the premium handset.
