Google Home users were compaining on social media during the weekend that their devices weren't working. Google Home is a smart speaker that enables users to speak voice commands to interact with services through the Home's intelligent personal assistant called Google Assistant.

When users try to send Google Home a command by using "OK, Google," it responses by saying, "Hmm, something went wrong. Try again in a few seconds." Another response is more straightforward, saying, "There was a glitch. Try again in a few seconds."

This Google Home outage persists even though the Wi-Fi connectivity and all other connections are fine. Many users have tried resolving the issue by unplugging their Google Home and then replugging it. However, after just a couple of commands the issue persists.

Google admits that it is aware of issues and is now putting an effort in resolving them. The company is also asking that users give feedback in the Google Home back to help detect the root cause.

"We are actively investigating this matter and we greatly appreciate all the feedback and reports from everyone," the response reads. "Please bear with us while we continue to work on this."
