Apple has reopened all 270 of its stores across the U.S. as the effort to vaccinate more Americans against COVID-19 accelerates.
Over the past 12 months, Apple Stores have weathered a rambling calendar of horrors that began when the pandemic hit. After starting to reopen from May 11, 2020, evolving health guidance and COVID-19 infection spikes forced some stores to reclose and reopen a second, third, or even fourth time.
Not all Apple stores in the U.S. are fully open for walk-in customers to go inside and browse, however. Customers should check Apple's website before heading to their store in case it is appointment-only or service is limited in other ways.
Apple has just a handful of stores outside the US that still remain closed. There are a dozen locations in France and two stores in Brazil that remain shuttered, while the company confirmed that it will reopen its Mexico locations on March 2.
