Ok well my friend from work is giving me a computer hes had in his closet for years, here are the specs

i dont know much about cs, but i do know one of my friend plays it everyday for like 4-5 hrs at a time minimum, he doesnt cheat but he has jus gotten so good that he gets kicked form serversw cuz they think he cheats, he jus plays too damn miuch...theres cheating, and then theres being addicted to ...

I got a picture scanned and i wnat to be able to water mark ir or similiar , im using photoshop, is there a tutorial or can anyone explina how to do it, i havent found much on google .. thanx
