hmm are these temporary onesl, is there any that keep it that way unless u want it to cange back, cuz i might wnat to use it permanetely??

If it's an Nvidia graphics card, grab the latest driver and use the NVRotate tab in the advanced display properties....

its not nvidia , nor radeon, just generic old school

get the latest catalyst drivers, they too have a rotate tab...
