The tweaking may have helped a bit, it goes pretty fast now. About 8 Mbps in peak hours and 11.5 Mbps on non-peak hours. In late January they are going to redo the fiber hardware and it should help even more.

Yes 2 60GB's is a good idea. And for the maximum amount id do there is always 3 40GB's. If your FDisk is not up to date you might have to do so as well.

I have a question and im sure this has been asked before but I wasnt sure what to search for in the Forum Searcher. Ok if I own my own modem and overclock it is it still illegal because it is my own modem. It is no different from upping my MTU its a setting on my own machine.

Well did your scanner have an option to disinfect it? And I would try rescanning your HD to maybe find the thing making it always try to run. And maybe even recover the virus if it is in your recycle bin and re scan it so you can tell us what its officla name is.
