FDISK and drives larger than 64Gigs

Post by CAT5 »

I got the download but I don't have windows 98 installed so I can't run the fix and get the new FDISK.exe onto my floppy. If anyone has this file....could you send it to me please. My email is anhtommy@yahoo.com.

I'd like a link to the new Fdisk too.

First I've heard about it too.

Thanks in advance.

I have it if someone'll host it for me. I'll make an image of it.

I have used it on my 80gig raid before. the fdisk on the win98se wont work for such big drives.

Turn out that you don't have to have 98 installed. Just run it with winzip and unzip and rename the appropriate file to fdisk.exe and copy to the floppy replacing the original and I was all ok with my 80 gigs IBM.
