trogers thanks for your help after testing and testing and testing the recomended values I got better performance using RWIN 256960
the only thing that got me thinking is that Time out on HOP 1

thanks trogers U know what Im not using any firewalls the only thing I Use is AVAST antivirus. I turned windows firewall Off. I dont know what it could be.

I was wondering if I should use the integrated networkcard on my mobo or If I should use my netgear 10/100/1000 networkcard which one will give me better performance?? My mobo has the 250gb NVIDIA chipset (nvidia lan)

guys What would be the best setting in virtual memory meaning--> Initial size (MB) AND maximum size (MB) for my system?? I have 1GB of memory 2x512mb and Im only have a 60gb SATA 8mb cache HDD. thanks CAN anyone post the right numbers :)
