Which Networkcard To Use?

I was wondering if I should use the integrated networkcard on my mobo or If I should use my netgear 10/100/1000 networkcard which one will give me better performance?? My mobo has the 250gb NVIDIA chipset (nvidia lan)

Stick with the onboard, Nvidia makes an excellent product.

Would you also recommend the AV8 onboard Gigabit over a standard PCI NIC also?..

latin with the onboard pci nic i use on board right now no prombs some people argue that pci is better in some regards it is that could be debated either way. If the giga on board card is working for the internet and network you are running leave it alone.
