You would be sharing your ISP's services with other customers, hence you will see slower speeds around peak hour times, which is usually in the afternoon/night as people get home from work etc. This is usually caused by an ISP over-subscribing customers.

got dsl from at&t and the connection keep pausing about every 20second and pause 3-5second (connection stop for 3-5sec and happen every 20seconds). i'm playing online games and this pause is killing me. any help would be appreaciated!

i got this game running in window mod, but when i click outside of the game window, the game auto minimize into taskbar. is there any tweak or switch in shortcut to stop this?
