Any 3rd party firewalls being used on either PC?
Even if just the Windows firewall...for now, just for testing/setting up, disable the firewall on each PC. When done..turn it back on.

Did you get replies when you ran a ping to each computer from the other ...

Software related? so I reloaded Vista 64bit on both machines, not an image, but a clean install with the orig CD., still nothing.

I can ping the IP's from each computer. They are on the same network using the same subnet, dns, etc.

Blop. NetBIOS Enabled within TCP/IP Properties. Frustrating that something so easy is turning into a pain in the arse, heh.

In Vista, it is something along those lines, but I do believe different...? I do choose the entire network, but am only showing the local computer there and what it has shared out; Not the other computer nor a workgroup selection within the entire network.

Correct me if I am wrong but I thought collection agencies basically pays off your debt then comes after you seeking the payment. They can sue you for the remaining balanced that the agency paid for or they can drop it if it is not worth it...?
