Is there any other program to change RWIN and other settings with other than Cablenut for XP?

Well I tried using Cablenut and now I cannot go into Windows anymore. I am getting an error with the registry. What do I use then for changing that stuff, cause Cablenut made me lose all my data on my computer.

Ok I installed the patch and everything. What RWIN setting should I use. I tested the tweak and its still the exact same as above. What settings should I change under CableNut Adjuster?

Its not lagging at all, just want to know why its low in net_graph 3 but high when I check with TAB.

I tried a new RWIN setting, and it seemed to go up a little bit more. Should I use it?
